Any Gun Can Play

Well this Spaghetti Western starts off with a bang and doesn’t stop. If you are looking for something like The Man With No Name trilogy then this film is for you. Don’t expect as good of production or for it to be fully dubbed. Don’t let that deter you from watching this film though the plot it a complex one and has plenty of great twists to keep your attention. There is also some level of comedy to the film whether it was intentional or not that helps with the pacing. It is a great Spaghetti Western and well worth a watch.

Bottom Line (Warning Contains Spoilers)

Any Gun Can Play has some very interesting things about it which makes the film a lower grade Western than some others. First is the ridiculous music that breaks out whenever a fight starts. Next is the use of vaminos simply because you hear it every five seconds it feels like. Finally the ending is a plot twist which honestly leaves a lot to be desired. While it might feel like I don’t like this film that is not the case. The film is great and the gunfights are well done and there are some plot twist that I really enjoyed. The main character was quite interesting and had great depth. His moral alignment really helped keep the twist from being too clear or predictable. I would recommend seeing this film at least once if not more times.
